Baking on Sundays is good, too.

I absolutely LOVE Dorie Greenspan. She is the author of one of my newest baking bibles titled Baking: From My Home to Yours.
I got this book as a Christmas present and have made a few things out of it so far. All have turned out to be a great success. This is the Blueberry - Brown Sugar Plain Cake. I cut the recipe down and baked it in a petite loaf pan. It ended up really tall with all the blueberries at the bottom but so what? It tasted awesome!
