Even though I was sick and stayed home yesterday instead of visiting my family, I still had a good Thanksgiving. J and I went out and got stuff to make a full dinner so neither one of us felt like we were missing out on the food part of it. I did miss my family but honestly, it was nice to relax at home.
Today, we went out shopping in the morning (after 10 am, I'm not too crazy) and picked up a few things. Then I came home and took a couple of naps, continued watching The Closer and drank some hot apple cider. I still feel sick today but it's getting better. Hope I'm all good by the time my 30th (aaahhh!!!) birthday comes along next week.
